About the Farm

Our small family farm is located in Paso Robles on about ten acres of land. We currently operate as BeeWench Farm and grow and sell pasture raised chicken, turkey, pork, eggs, and more! All of our animals enjoy fresh pasture daily as we focus on soil health to keep ourselves and our animals healthy. All of our animals are supplemented with a non-GMO, soy-free, corn-free feed. Our kids will be helping and attending camp as well. Harrison (7) and Lilyann (5) love teaching and showing new friends all the animals and will make everyone feel welcome on the farm. Cyrus (2) is our true farm toddler and loves to joining in and help wherever he can. Baby Benjamin may also be joining in with some activities when he’s not taking a nap. Annie (mom) makes occasional special guest appearances to help teach sheep milking and safety around the horses.

Camp Leaders

DJ Loden and his sister K.C. Loden will be leading all camp activities.

DJ has been doing farm work for the past 15 years has been working with kids since high school. He has a business degree from Cal Poly and stays very busy doing bookkeeping and taxes, homeschooling, and manages the farm business. He also coaches baseball, basketball, and soccer teams every year.

K.C. Loden has been helping with all the things at the farm and has been working with kids for the past 10 years. She currently works for the County of SLO as an educational interpreter for the deaf and hard of hearing. She has an AA & AS in Early Childhood Education and a BA in Pre Deaf Education. She is also a certified American Sign Language interpreter! If your child is deaf or hard of hearing, they are welcome to join and will be included in all activities 🙂
